Our Team

Our therapists are comprised of licensed clinicians and registered associates. We primarily employ a Depth Psychology orientation that each therapist combines with their particular field of counseling interests, skills in various therapeutic modalities, and personal life experiences.

We believe that what primarily heals is the relationship and so it is important that our clients feel a connection to their therapist. When you reach out to us, we can pair you with the therapist we think may serve you best or you can directly get in touch with someone specific in our team.

Hello there! My name is Lyra (pronounced Lee-ruh). I am a Depth-trained and results-oriented psychotherapist. I believe that our challenges are our greatest guides toward growth and transformation.

My Credentials:

I received a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with emphasis in Depth/Jungian Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

My Interests:

I love to learn and share my knowledge. As a mother, I am interested in maternal mental health, parenting, and neurodiversity.
